SUMMER DANCE
Ballet Arkansas provides children ages 3+ with a wide array of summer classes, camps, workshops, and intensives in a variety of dance disciplines. Programs cater to both recreational and semi-professional dancers, and are designed to advance abilities, and foster creativity and self-discovery. Classes are taught by an expert faculty composed of the organization's artistic staff, dancers, and celebrated guest artists in the state-of-the-art facilities of Ballet Arkansas and program partner, UA-Little Rock.

The Ballet Arkansas multi-week Summer Intensive provides students ages 10 - 21 with opportunities to train in multiple disciples at the highest level, with a distinguished faculty consisting of the Artistic Staff and dancers of Ballet Arkansas and celebrated guest professionals. Classes and workshops are offered in ballet, pointe/men's technique, variations, conditioning, contemporary, pilates/yoga, choreography & improvisation, repertory, nutrition, stage makeup, acting, dance history, production, and more. Multiple levels with small class sizes give students the personalized attention and encouragement they need to advance their abilities. The intensive will culminate with a showcase on Friday, August 2nd for families and friends.
Registration & Placement
Ballet Arkansas's Summer Intensive is open-enrollment. This program is designed to hone the skills of the Intermediate and Advanced level dancer. A minimum of 3-5 years of dance training is recommended to excel in this program. Dancers must be 10 years old by July 1, 2024. Dance photographs may be required for placement.
SUMMER INTENSIVE BOOT CAMP

Experience a series of intensive master classes to boost your technique over the course of a single week, taught by the Artistic Staff and professional dancers of Ballet Arkansas! Classes and workshops will be offered in ballet, pointe/men's, variations, conditioning, pilates/yoga, contemporary, and more. Perfect your technique, improve your artistry, and get personalized attention to help you succeed. Multiple levels with small class sizes give students the individualized attention and encouragement they need to advance their abilities. This camp is the perfect preparation for the two week Summer Intensive or is an excellent stand-alone program.

Join Ballet Arkansas for a fun-filled week (or two!) of dance training taught by the professional dancers and staff of Ballet Arkansas. Students will spend the week making new friends, perfecting their technique, and learning choreography in a variety of dance disciplines! The week will culminate with a showcase for families and friends. Dancers must 7 years old by June 1, 2024. A minimum of 1-3 years prior dance training is highly recommended to excel in this program.
STORY TIME DANCE CAMP
AGES 4-6
